1. Data controller
The processing of personal data on this website is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people residing in the European Union, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller is:
Allen Le Yaouanc

Further information about the publisher is given in the legal notice.
2. Cookies and audience measurement
On your first visit, a window lets you accept or refuse audience measurement. No measurement tool is loaded until you have given your consent, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
- Consent cookie (“tarteaucitron”): it records your choice for twelve months. It is necessary for the consent window to work and cannot be used to track you.
- Google Analytics: if you accept it, this service provided by Google Ireland Limited sets cookies (“_ga” and “_ga_…”, kept for twelve months at most) in order to compile visitor statistics: pages viewed, where visits come from, type of device. IP addresses are anonymised. Google may process this data on servers located outside Switzerland and the European Union, in particular in the United States; its practices are described in its privacy policy.
The website contains no advertising and no other tracker. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on the website itself: no third-party service is called when pages load.
3. Server logs
The hosting provider OVH (Roubaix, France) automatically records, for each visit, the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the type of browser. These logs are used solely for the security and proper running of the website; they are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
4. Messages received
If you write to the contact address, your email address and the content of your message are used to reply to you. They are neither sold nor passed on to third parties, and are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing, by writing to the address given above.
You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country.
This policy is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
